Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario. All orders are sent via Canada Post for a flat rate of $6.00 CAD.

Please note that Envirosax cannot be held responsible if you advise an incorrect or incomplete mailing address.

Under normal circumstances orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. In the lead up to Christmas, we are endeavouring to ensure that all web orders are going out within 2-3 business days of being placed.

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is faulty due to workmanship, or damaged in transit. We guarantee all damaged or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All other sales are final.

Envirosax will pay the return shipping fees for any damaged or defective items, or items not shipped as ordered. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For returns and/or exchanges by mail please get in touch with us first at canada@envirosax.com for return procedures. Please do not mail anything back to the warehouse without contacting us first. Please include a copy of the original invoice and indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund for the damaged, defective or incorrect item, and also let us know what is wrong with it. If an exchange, please indicate the item you would like to exchange for.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Envirosax web purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail store carrying our products, and vice versa. Envirosax reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
